Dispatch Time:

Please note that all orders will be processed and dispatched within 7 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the dispatch, along with tracking details where applicable. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated, as we aim to get your jewellery to you as quickly as possible. Every order is packed in a recyclable small box - with tissue paper, Ethereal stickers, a Thank You card, reusable organza bag/s and closed off in a compostable mailer, making them the perfect gift for yourself or you can ship directly to someone you love.

Refunds and Exchanges:

As a small business, I want to ensure your shopping experience is a positive one. For hygiene reasons, ALL rings are non-refundable. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or if you have any other concerns with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out via the Contact page. I will work closely with you to resolve the issue in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Shipping Details:

* UK Orders: All UK orders are automatically sent with Tracked 48, so you can keep an eye on your parcel every step of the way.

* International Orders: International orders are sent via International Standard shipping. Please note, we currently do not ship to the EU due to GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) restrictions. However, we do ship to all other international destinations.

* Customs Fees: For international orders, please be aware that Ethereal does not cover any customs fees or import taxes that may be applicable in your country. Customs and import duties, which can arise from recent changes like Brexit, are not included in the cost of shipping. As the buyer, you are responsible for any additional customs charges upon delivery.

Care Instructions:

To maintain the beauty of your charm, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or moisture when not in use.

Handling Defects:

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. In order to process this quickly, we kindly ask that you provide clear photos of the damage or defect alongside your full name and order number. We're here to help and ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.
