Please bear in mind that all orders will be packed in our standard compostable mailers in small organza bags (the boxes in the images are just for photos.)
Our packaging fits through a standard post box size, and is 100% eco friendly! We also use Royal Mail for both standard, tracked and international packages which has the lowest carbon footprint of all couriers in the UK.

UK orders tend to arrive in 7-10 days after dispatch. International orders can take 2-6 weeks after dispatch, depending on your location. both UK and International customers can upgrade to tracked shipping if required by adding it on from the website.

ALL bundles are non refundable for hygiene reasons. Please be aware not all pieces are handmade by me, and they may differ very slightly in colour as they're all real crystals.

If you’re shopping internationally, it's crucial to note that Ethereal does not cover customs fees in your country. With brexit introducing customs and import fees, these additional charges are not factored into your shipping costs. Therefore, as an international buyer, you are responsible for settling any customs fees incurred upon delivery.
