Each necklace is hand wrapped and made to order, ensuring every piece is crafted with intention and care. Because of this, please note that this item is available on a pre-order basis.

Dispatch Time:

As each necklace is made per order, please allow 2–4 weeks for your piece to be created and dispatched. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details where applicable.

Every order is carefully packed in a recyclable small box, complete with tissue paper, Ethereal stickers, a Thank You card, reusable organza bag(s), and sealed in a compostable mailer - making it the perfect gift for yourself or for someone you love.

Refunds and Exchanges:

As a small business, I want to ensure your shopping experience is a positive one. For hygiene reasons, ALL necklaces are non-refundable. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out via the Contact page so I can help resolve the issue.

Each necklace is thoughtfully designed with close attention to detail. All crystal necklaces are made using real, high-quality crystals, in this case beautiful clear quartz spheres! Silver pieces are wrapped in 925 sterling silver-plated wire, while gold pieces are wrapped in 14k gold-plated copper. These materials are carefully chosen for their strength, longevity, and beauty, ensuring your necklace remains vibrant and secure with regular wear.

Shipping Details:

• UK Orders: All UK orders are sent via Tracked 48, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way and shipped within 1-3 working days.

• International Orders: Sent via International Standard shipping. Please note that we currently do not ship to the EU due to GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) restrictions, but we do ship to all other international destinations.

• Customs Fees: Ethereal does not cover customs fees or import taxes. Any additional charges upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.

Avoid wearing it in the shower or while swimming, and gently clean with a soft cloth to maintain its shine. Handling Defects:

If your necklace arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue, along with your full name and order number, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
